Lighting newly updated.  Wow...nice improvement.  Ceiling tiles are next, just about a dozen need to be replaced.  Mirrors go up on Wed 8/31. Heating & Air Conditioning all checked out and thermostat relocated.  Bathroom now has new sink and faucet and lighting refreshed. Toilet shut off valve replaced...yeah no more leak!

Remodel has begun.  New storage area is being created for all my stuff that I just can't seem to decide why I still have it but I can't get rid of it just yet.  Bought a new bathroom sink & faucet.  Plumber is coming Thurs the 25th to install and do a minor repair (I hope) on the toilet.  Heater and Air Conditioner will be serviced also on Thursday.  Farrell's Glass has been storing the mirrors so I will schedule their install this coming week too.  Matt Chandler is doing all the remodel. What a Guy!  Great attitude of "let's just get in there and get her done".  He and his crew hung the outdoor sign and installed the outdoor light above the sign.  We have a good start.
